Anyone: I know the question of "provisional status" was raised yesterday, but no one offered explanation to its definition, relative to NASDAQ. Can someone provide insight into the "provisional" term, and how it applies in this situation. Thanks in advance, Larry

Something about Jan's message ran a bell. I recalled the same absolute certainty of tone in recent postings. Ran back through postings and found the following: 11/14/97 --NASDAQ Acceptance sometime in Jan or Feb. RESULT: Nothing 12/8/97 --Shareholder's Meeting Jan 30 . RESULT: NOT 3/12/98 -- NASDAQ in 2-3 weeks (by April 1). RESULT: Nothing 3/25 --News Release about sales w/i 10 days. RESULT: Nothing 2/22 --Shareholder Meeting will be broadcast live at 60 locations. RESULT: Nothing 1/15/98 --NASDAQ in 3-4 weeks. RESULT: Nothing 1/6/98 --Announcement about a major player within 10 days. RESULT: Nothing 4/27/98 --President msg update tonite. RESULT: Nothing 4/27 --Provisional Status on NASDAQ in one week. RESULT: TBD 4/27 --Qtrly earnings (out soon)from 1st qtr will show improvement. RESULT: TBD Message 2732268 Message 3177737 Message 3498988 Message 3693018 Message 3838094 Message 4229866 Personally, I don't know what Mr. Fine's sources are that he 'protects', but I wouldn't trust them for advice on whether to take an umbrella or not! Are you saying that 600,000 shares, in value of more or less 1.8 Million dollars, were played yesterday because/based on one word on SI? If this is true it is crazy. Giora

If Jan Fines prediction doesn't come through with Frank updating the Presidents Message, we won't see a rally, we'll see a sell-off. The only reason we went up yesterday was because of the "provisional" listing rumor that Jan predicted. He also said that the Presidents Message would be updated yesterday. Didn't happen! So,the disheartening continues and we'll probably see sell-off until something in Jan's message occurs. Are you smoking something? you think that people after all this time of waiting for solid news are going to lay down hard cash based on a rumour on a thread like this? Geeeez Seth
