That is interesting, Don. I remember that Billy's mother was quite an afficionado of horse racing at Hot Springs. I had no idea that a grand criminal enterprise was centered there, however. Is there any clear evidence that Clinton was ever peripherally involved, or received funding and did favors for these people? Come to think of it, what about the McDougals? They looked a little on the racy side of life. I am not clear about the Mafia being banned by edict from smuggling drugs. Was this on orders from their leaders, to stay somewhat respectable? Please excuse my ignorance--I don't know much about the Mob.
