Since I just stuck my neck out with the statement that IMO data is the future, your idea re VSAT is of great interest. I too am long on Viasat as a result of reading the AOL Loral board and Valuer's (there) and Readware's posts - altho I did my homework of course. :-) Am very much trying to find the best way to be in at the beginning re robust wireless data. As of now, see Qualcomm's CDMA as data friendly and see a clear track to more and more data capacity on terrestrial CDMA. In the sky, more cloudy. :-) See Loral as worth a major position because of demonstrated smarts. Voice a winner and multiple systems for that. But data coming up fast on the outside, IMO. That is why think Loral has an edge on G* for long term. Viasat looks interesting and will watch carefully as to when to increase my stake. Holding off a major holding so far, but feet wet and think may well soar within 6 months. Time will tell and if anywhere near the potential it may have a few points lost by waiting may be OK but uneasy since prefer to be in rather than waiting - so a little in. :-) Comments? Chaz
