Just sold 1/2 HWP position at 74 5/8 (gain 12+, 20% less than 2 weeks.....). Still have another 1/2. If HWP goes South 7% - 10% correction as analysts', I am still ahead...
Economic data, FED raise interest rate & BAD earning.... I am still OK. If u found another upgrade, please post....

As a long-term holder of HWP, (it pays me a good dividend from my original investment), I am still amazed at the resiliency and unpredictablity of the stock price. After 2 years of essentially no growth, I had my finger on the sell trigger when the upgrade propelled the stock. Taxes held my trigger finger in check. I now, once again, feel that I am inadequate in timing a stock price, but not too bad at picking companies that go up. I'm holding on until I need or want the money, or if the basic picture changes. However, whenever I go to CompUSA or other computer stores, I am told that sales of HW PC's are jumping off the shelves.

Remember the long-term potential of Verifone and digital photography.

Does anyone have an opinion of how HWP's earnings for the
quarter that just ended might look? Zacks estimate seems
to be 78c. Does anyone think HWP can meet or beat those
numbers?

>>Gruntal recommended HWP as a "buy".
Now we know what sort of idiot Gruntal is!
