if that was the case, the fact about having faith in whom you are dealing with, how did msft get so big? MSFt doesn't quite instill faith into those that do business with them. just ask CPQ.
If DVNFt is a sham, the company is going to take down with it some very big names from NSCP, Yorkton, and MSFT.
