<<the street must see artt as fully priced, including a deal premium from wcii.>>

ARTT is not getting a deal premium. ARTT is simply getting overpriced WCII junk stock, which everyone on the Street knows is going to go down. Thus, ARTT's stock price is stagnating in anticipation of the WCII decline.

SW, I would not read to much into WCII & ARTT underperformong ICIX and ICGX today as these stocks have been beaten up pretty badly and where due for a bounce. ICIX was way oversold before earnings today. The stock opened 3 points lower and in the blink of an eye was 3 points higher.

IMO, Winstar will take the rest of ARTT. I believe they will ultimately have to pay more than the current price. Taking 15% at current market serves to reduce the overall cost when averaged out. I bought some ARTT calls yesterday. I am relatively confident this is all part of something bigger.

Regards,
