Anthony, it would seem to me that if insurance companies have been covering the earlier less successful ED drugs, it would be extremely difficult to justify, to insurance regulators, their refusal to cover Viagra prescriptions simply for the reason that Viagra is a more effective, thus a more popular drug. That would be discriminatory, and unwarranted. A class action lawsuit could be launched against insurance companies who refuse to cover Viagra for that reason IMHO.
