Jeff, we asked about China and were told that they were "in process" on the order. We also asked about Aegis and were told that right now it was uncertain just what this program would mean to CCUR. In other words, we didn't know anymore after we asked than before we asked. Randy, Arthur is correct, you have to start from the break even which is somewhere between 75 and 80 million in sales. If sales are real time software, I estimate that each $1 million in sales above breakeven will generate .01 in profit. Hardware sales are much lower margin. VOD sales (if any) will be different from RT because the margins will probably not be the same. Corky will probably elaborate on Aegis tomorrow, Dunleavy is so conservative you can't get much out of him until after it is shipped. Ken

I don't think there is any significance to the timing of the earnings. Usually they release the first week of the second month after quarter end ( it was Feb 6 for Q2). That would put them right in the middle of the show. I think they wanted this out of the way before the show. Maybe there will be something in the earnings release about an order or affiliation. However, after the disaster from the last press release, I don't know. I agree, it will be an interesting call. As for the show, it is just a show. I don't think we will know anything after, that we don't know now, except that we will have some verification that they did present with SFA. They still have to get orders. This is not a negative or angry post.
