>>>A competitor could complain that CheckFree has an unfair advantage (IMO), or even slow down IFS with questions of Gov. regulations(IMO).

I was told a long time ago....don't sweat the happenings, till the happenings happen. ie..it ain't a problem so let's not make it one.

Benny,Mr. Gintel and all others,

Did you guys listen to conference call?

What do you think of Pete Kight's response to my question on Sequential subscriber growth? I thought he was defensive on that point.

I shared my view with couple of analysts and they also said that they would like to see more subscriber growth before upgrading it.

Nonetheless, We are very bullish long term on the stock, and think that as long as management gives good visibility on going forward, and keeps the promises, the stock should move up from here.

We are a firm believer in Peter Kight's vision of 1/3 of population going online by year 2001!!

Kalpesh

(P.S.-it was interesting to attend the conference call and
also take a look at "Delux"-ticker DLX, largest checkprinter in the nation, the stock hasn't gone anywhere in past "five" years..)
