Hi folks!! I've been "out of action" due to hardware upgrades to my equipment. Jeeez, I didn't think I was quite so "hooked" but ya know, I almost went thru withdrawal while awaiting the returned of my now finely tuned gear. Whoooosh!!!! Glad THAT's over. Now about that Samsung speculation. Hmmmmmmm.....I couldn't, as yet, find any indication that Samsung has done independent research on Lith-poly, and I highly doubt they'd be working with those nearby large Japanese outfits; being the nationalistic competitors that they are......sooooooo.....how's about I go out on a limb and guess that, in fact, they're going to be using VLNC batteries? It makes sense, a Korean electronics manufacturer would want to have a battery supplier close by....and correct me if I'm wrong but me thinks VLNC is the ONE company in that part of the world that will soon enough have a plant RIGHT THERE(well, in the same country anyway) preparing to come on line to supply them with what they need. And their plant has been touted all along as being built in Korea for the expressed purpose(s) of supplying Korea's "domestic" manufacturers with product so that it can be incorporated into THEIR products, regardless of where those products(cellphones, etc.) ultimately end up being sold. Ohhhhhh, yeeeah, let me go out on that limb, yes indeeedy. DAMN!! Now to truly judge the worth of this limb I'm on WHERE are my conference call notes which outlined the status of that plant at the end of last year. Let's see, the plant construction started last year.....WHEN was it suppose to be operational? Could it be Samsung? Could it?

I guess we'll know soon enough but I'm laying odds that it will be true. And with VLNC having bounce a goodly amount in my buy zone these past couple weeks, I'm now loaded for bear and waiting on the outcome.

Regards!

John~

Thoughts on web page redesign. I can't believe that the site would be down this long just to upgrade material like a new CEO.<EOM>
