I like comments like yours. When everyone is saying how great things are you know its time to sell. When there is uncertainty and skepticism, thats when you jump in and buy. Dont underestimate wdc management. I am sure they have a few things under there sleeves. The stock dropped on earnings not because of being short of the estimates. It dropped because it ran up way to much prior to the announcement, considering where wdc is in its cycle. Risk, show me a stock that doesnt have risk. If there is one thing i have learned about investing in the stock market it is to find companies that have been beaten up but are still fundamentally strong and a leader in their field. Make yourself a list of stocks that meet your criteria determine the price that you are comfortable buying them at and wait. Dont chase a stock. There is always another. If the price has got away from you let it go. They usually come back sooner or later and if not move on. Anyone doesnt think wdc will be $30 in a year doesnt understand this stock.

I am not going to explain to you how the "game" is played.
WS plays it very well, and retail buyers through the "wirehouses"
are mindless.
By the time things turn +, the biggest % move has already been made.
Unless you are addressing this issue, you will be the happy
owner of "off the shelve" stock...

Have fun..
