I don't understand the hostility on this thread.

I suspect what we saw today had its foundation in daytrading and marketmaking. Daytraders started playing this stock yesterday morning when it began ticking up on decent volume. On my channel, they picked up the SI post about the Nasdaq listing and decided to hold overnight. Most took profits this morning when the stock didn't gap. That could easily explain the selloff (not to mention the shaky investors who wanted to escape when the stock rose).

At the same time, the MM's took full advantage of the weaker position to load up on inventory. They didn't even have to walk the price down in preparation for good news.. the traders did it by unloading.

I also think some of the weakness could be a fear that FTEL is going to spin off FNET in an IPO where FTEL gets all the cash.. and FTEL shareholders don't get any shares. Obviously, FNET is a reason to own FTEL. If FTEL's gonna give up FNET for the cash infusion, some shareholders may say 'ain't worth it'.

On the other hand, if FTEL is going to spin off FNET as an IPO where FTEL shareholders will get some of the FNET shares, it should promote the heck out of that. That would be a reason to buy FTEL.. to get a piece of the FNET IPO. If anyone talks to Helen, please ask HOW FTEL plans to handle the FNET IPO. What will current shareholders get?
