A few months ago at IMRS's conference call, CEO Sathish Sanan revealed his strategy of essentially moving away from pure Y2K work, unless it had postYK work implications. His comments riled quite a few investors at SI, including knowledgeable ones such as Nanda. However, the market took kindly to Sanan's words and IMRS continued going up. The previously angered investors are now once again touting IMRS.

Is there a lesson here?
