Just spoke to one of my brokers at Smith Barney. He said the stock is restricted to only being able to be sold if it is listed as an unsolicited sale. He said that usually occurs when there is a relationship between the company and SB. He doesn't know of any potential problems with the company. He said in his experience he sees this when there is some type of consulting relationship with the customer. BTW, this broker is a Sr. VP and not a flunky. I have been with him for years and he has never steered me wrong. Hope this helps.
