I'm 20 minutes delayed today, but Mr. Market seems to be telling us that the results don't match the boosterism we've seen from management lately. I still feel great about vntv's prospects. products, management, etc etc. They won't START capitalizing on the scop mess until after the deal closes. I've been fairly consistent, Tom et al will be able to mask the early problems on the merger for a while with one time charges etc etc. The challenge for sebl starts to show up in June but probably won't impact results until september or later.
