>I have to believe that caring about fundamentals will pay off in the end and, if you will forgive a nasty thought, I have a mental picture of sound fundamental, value oriented investors leaning out the windows of their offices snatching stock certificates out of the hands of "new paradigm" traders as their bodies go whistling by on the day of the "Big Kahuna".<VBG>

Look at it this way. If the market price for a tulip bulb is $10,000, would you buy it? Sure, it may reach $100,000 before the inevitable crash, and you may even be nimble enough to ride some of the upside.

But, the majority of people will get hosed. That is the nature of speculative bubbles.

Then again, sure is disappointing to be sitting on one's hands on the ground floor whilst everybody else is taking the fast elevator to the penthouse suite.
