GIC folded NextLevel Communications into a limited partnership within the overall GIC profile. No spinoff as of yet, but I believe in a year or two, there will be one, and we will be owners of it. The reason NextLevel Ltd was spun off is because that company was eating up alot of money vis-a-vis R&D, and it was dragging down GIC's overall pretty picture. Now NextLevel Ltd exists as a seperate entity, and GIC is void this company when it reports its financials. GIC did this to INCREASE shareholder value. the way, the 5 million that NextLevel has to pay on this recent settlement will not come off of GIC's reports, but will be shown on NextLevels reports. That's a positive. I believe GIC owns 80% of this limited partnership.
