Wally: Here is a snipit from the news release: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The company posted a $10.5 million loss from continuing operations, or $0.42 a share, for the first quarter -- $7.5 million to pay for closing 10 call centers and $3 million in operating losses. This compared with a net $3.6 million profit, or $0.11 a share, in the 1997 quarter. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Income statement presentation should have listed the loss in the discontinued operations section, it didn't... So, the income statement presentation seems to be in conflict with the above statement... Jim

Wally, TLSP has Keith Alessi now, the lousy management is getting sacked, and they are finally getting there act together. I bought it last year for my turnaround PF, along with ROSS, love your scans Jim<gggg>, TLSP will probably get back to it's IPO price of 15, i'll sell half my position then, and keep the rest to ride along with Alessi. My average price is 3 1/2, the CEO of TLSP is a darling of Wall Street,look what he did for JTAX. Another reason it's up is the shorts were spanked big time, April numbers were over 800 K, they will pile on again from the 9's, and i'll be more than happy to take more of their money. Alex
