I believe their service charge is $4.95 per month. Once I get their first bill I will let you know. I recently switched my service to them. However, in nine cities mainly in the WEST customers get a flat 7.5 cents/min As the network continues to light up, more and more Quest subscribers will get the lower rate as well.

Regards,
Brian

FYI, I am interested in purchasing this stock for the long term. Wouldn't it be great if Qwest started to team up with some local phone companies and have the bill come in the mail with the local phone bill? Has their been any rumors of this happening? I look forward to my purchase. Any recommendations on price targets to look for for purchasing or on its current value? Tks,

JRH

When Qwest and LCI merge the 9 cent rate on LCI should become the standard although it does have a $4.95 monthly charge as I understand it. It also bills by the second after the first minute.
Talk to you later,
Gary
