The volatility can also work to your advantage. My advice to you would be: become more of a trader and trade the range. Buying and holding an equity like IDTI is pointless, until there is some significant change in revenues and products. Look for a catalyst that will propel IDTI higher, until then just trade it!

New Numbers:

Actually bought shares at 12 1/16 then checked First Call & Zacks
to see if any change in rating was out.

First Call June 98 quarter .00 vs previous .13 (1st qrt fiscal 99)
FY March 99 .47 vs previous 1.30

Zacks June 98 quarter .06 vs previous ???
FY 99 .62
FY 00 1.27

Seems we are pushing everything out another year. Actually am not certain if anyone really has a handle on what earnings will be going forward. Too many unknown variables.

These numbers may be why the stock sold off today .
I gave back those shares at 12 ( bak bak bak bak ....).
Not certain if the chances were effective today , they never date the changes . ( they should start that ) .

Was debating between IDTI or IFMX . Wrong choice IFMX just came in with good numbers , they'll open at about 10 5/8 tomorrow. Oh Well.
Should have checked Zacks & First Call 1st.

I know a very knowledgeable man who is close to their industry, and he has put his money where his mouth is, purchasing IDTI at $13. His price target for this year is $20 to $25, so I, like you, am holding on and hoping he's right.
