I think you are being sarcastic. I believe that you know that these directors have achieved their positions by maintaining their integrity, and won't risk it to support some fly by night operation. My Thoughts. I think this company is fully aware of the baggage it is carrying, and is going that extra mile to put it behind them. I'm not an investor. Yet. But these directors give me confidence that my money will be safe with this company. I'm considering the opportunities. GM
