Sounds to me like you're a Registered Investment Advisor. Charging fees for investment advise. Are those 29.95's reportable as ordinary income or short term capital thefts. Shoot1st..........a slow but inquiring mind.

Tokyo Mex, inresponce to your post number 12693 you say you have 274 members and growing, but just two days ago in post number 11740 you said you had 342 members. What Happened?????.....Hummmm.....

Tmex, I really like your style and have been following your material. Made a few bucks on it and wanted to get more real time. I joined your service yesterday and am holding mucp, maxx, seek, tgsk, lock, lece, iflyw, gmgc, almi, and (embarrasingly) gotk. Looking for advise on getting info quicker to act sooner.
