Funny, now that you mentioned it, I believe that what TM is doing is illegal; because people do follow his advice, it's documented all over this place. Bad thing about becoming a guru, there may be legal implications if you're publishing and charging. If he is licensed then he hasn't been presenting his recommendations with the qualification statements required by law - because he is charging money for access to those recommendations. I believe he has set himself up in a very bad way. I wonder if he already has a good securities lawyer, he may need it. IMO.
