Excuse me?

Inacom placed an initial stocking order for a half dozen small Be There! systems, and we understand that most of these systems have already been sold.

Let's see, they can't say with certainty whether or not they've sold anything but they can say they understand that most of a half dozen small Be There systems have been sold. So perhaps they may have sold 4 out of a total of 6 without. Last quarter they thought they sold about a dozen to a distributor. This guy seems to want to go out of his way to advertise the fact that he doesn't really know what the hell is going on.

I find the threats and fabrications offered in response to this post on Yahoo! very interesting. I don't follow financial matters with any great detail (tending to focus more on technological and marketing related issues) but this certainly looks credible:

How interesting that after all this time Joe chooses to appear in tandem. That was your post over there as was the one following it.

No, it's not. As usual Marshall is fabricating as he goes along.

What's interesting about the response is the sense of panic, thus the likelihood that Webets post is right on the money. He's claiming that I'm Webets and that I'm Joe Chalverus or at least part of his team. He is claiming that I'm in "big trouble" and that "something" is going to happen while being very careful not to make any specific threat. Should I expect any less from a cornered rat? Probably not.

Needless to say, this leaves me with no alternative but to leave no stone unturned in an effort to ensure the investing public, myself included, has all of the facts regarding this failed product and to expose the shills that continue to claim it has a snowball's chance of survival: it does not. I don't take his scripted threats personally, they're sort of childish really, and they do provide motivation to continue offering my opinions regarding the prospects for this company and its product: NEAR ZERO.
