Mail order/TSQD update...

TSQD will continue to handle the mail order part of DR's business. This is what TSQD (actually, MacUSA) has been oding for years as a part of its own core business. DR will handle the ESD part exclusively.

As an aside, I looked over the 10K again, and found TSQD to own 550,000 shares of Hanover Gold (400K shares held in escrow until Hanover could file a registration for an IPO). Hanover's 10K is here:

sec.yahoo.com

Hanover stock is south of $1, and a going concern warning has been issued. Hanover sued TSQD last year over treatment of the share excrow account. I am not sure what is going, but the gist of the lawsuit is that Hanover wants TSQD to break the contract! That's a strange lawsuit! Hanover odes mention in their 10K that they are hiring mroe geologists to explore the Alder Gulch area of Montana. Alder Gulch is the place to which TSQD owns the mineral rights. If gold price ever spikes, TSQD oculd have another osurce of wealth, but I'm not holding my breath, LOL. The gold lies in Digital River.

JAKK flying...

There seemed to be a lot of delayed earnings reactions going on these days. DDIM earnings beat the most optimistic estimates and stokc barely budges. Today it is climbing. It is oging strong today. CDO announces surprising eanrings growth AND a split, stock tanks 3 bucks. It has recovered. JAKK beats last years earnings despite a 75% increase in shares outstanding, it goes down a half point. But today JAKK is flying.

Go figure!
