I think I was a bit peremptory in my earlier response to you ... please accept my apology.

'Tis true that various Directors of the company have been quoted as saying that a buyback might be (or even *is*?) possible in the future. Based on what I know about the company, and I have followed it closely and personally for a short while now, this is likely to have been more a future-think, or a dream, of what they might "do with all that money" when the contracts begin generating all manner of cash.

But for the present, this is a company run by reasonably savvy people who recognize that, for a company which has not yet posted a profitable quarter (even though the past two months have apparently been profitable), the key focus must be on showing that they can actually make money over the long haul. A profitable month was great. A profitable quarter will be even greater ... and I hope it is coming along soon. And a profitable year will be magnificent.

This company has a high margin on all future sales, and so significant profit should flow straight through to the bottom line in the future. Some undoubtedly could be well-invested in R&D (on something?!) and the rest could be paid as dividends ... like a utility stock ... or be used to buy back stocks.

But that is all sometime in the future.

For the time being, management appears to be focusing on bringing in additional contracts and upon making sure that nothing goes awry.

well maybe they will maybe they won't... just that I've heard it from different different sources... but they seemed shaky about how confident they were.. so okay... let's put that thought away for now.. after all, we've got 2 or 3 more press releases within a few weeks according to the company anyway and what we need are continued contracts and then eventually some great numbers.. according to the company that is just what is coming in these releases but of course they couldn't be specific or give details... take care

Whoa, Jimbo. We're talking insider information here. Anybody wanna forward this to sec.gov ??
