The idea being that the price will move in anticipation of the turn-around, not after it is reported. These funds will be buying if the DD sector is going up, if PC inventories are going down, if the UDMA/SCSI fraction shifts down fundamentally, if fibre continues to advance, etc ... they ain't gonna be waiting ... and the price won't either. If ADPT is going to have 2 profitable quarters by this time next year, then the price will be (SWAG) 35-40 well before that.
