Hello all, USDI-BB is a full reporting company as of December 1996. Of course the most recent 10-k will be out in about 10 days.

On the subject of Iridium as an exclusive agreement with Skysite. It is not an exclusive agreement and it was never meant to be spun in that way. In reference to the announcement , it was a joint announcement between Iridium and US Digital Communications.
