I read the 4/30 deadline purely, and innocently, as being one for NETZ's having
the audit completed. Then, the audit must be available for ESVS's annual
shareholders meeting, whenever that might be. Nothing more, nothing less.

There is no stated requirement that the audit be (i) completed by 4/30,
or (ii) tendered to ESVS by 4/30, or (iii) publicly filed or registered by 4/30,
or (iv) physically distributed to shareholders of either company by 4/30.

Again, we have created this monster and deadline for some public
announcement and dissemination of audited financials, when I don't
see such a deadline in what you have quoted. This is hilarious, in a
sick kind of way.

Aleta,

What if NETZ has complied with the 8K and given ESVS the audited financials in the allocated time? Does that mean they have to make them public at the exact same date? In basketball, I don't always tell the team what my reasoning is in all matters. It depends on the situation and the need to know basis. If NETZ has complied with the 8k to ESVS we should be "on track", if not, well...Does the 8K necessarily make the financials a PUBLIC record on the 45 day time limit?
