Cisco, I just started a new thread on AMCX and Sigmund thought we should have a quote box at the bottom of the page. He thought you might know how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Matt Black

ACMI got in this deal? I don't understand.

I have always felt that systems integrators hold the key to ACMI's success and any cooperation that they can have with system's integrators would be very valuable.

I don't really understand G's ongoing relationship with ACMI. Is he an asset or a trojan horse? What do you think?

Oop's I just read your other messages. Well I always thought there was more to the story of why G left so quickly and the burst of selling that accompanied that event and the floor on the drop which seemed to be placed by a cooperative MM. This I guess is the beginning of the unraveling of this sorry chapter. Shame the company chose to not disclose this to the existing shareholders. I wonder if they disclosed it to the new investors and how they might feel about that?

Cisco,

Talks are that Sunquest Information Systems Inc. is being looked at by Eclipsys:

eclipsnet.com

Eclipsys and ProxyMed, Inc. (NASDAQ: PILL), a healthcare information technology company have a signed Partnership Agreement. Harold S. Blue, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at ProxyMed. Mr. Blue is also responsible for bringing Bellingham Capital together with AccuMed. Mr. Blue is seeking a seat on the Board of Directors (of AccuMed) at the request of Bellingham.

eclipsnet.com, Inc., signs electronic commerce partnership agreement with Eclipsys Corporation

I would imagine that AccuMed's Data Management System fits into this picture.

<Do you want to take a bet on how much AccuMed got in this deal?>

I give up tell me.
