If that is that guys price target/multiple than he is completely insane. The stock market trades at 24x P/E and S&P earnings are growing at 5% best case. Whole CEM sector has been growing at 30%, has been doing so for last 5 years and will continue to do so and this chuckelhead believes they should trade at 65% of market multiple? You have got to be kidding me.

My opinion.
