I agree. After all, Jack has been working hard it seems to re-work this merger with shareholders in mind. With all this speculation on possible warrants (the "sweeteners" referred to??) it will be very interesting to see what they come up with.

GJC, the shareholders new about the reverse split: we had to vote on it. We did not know what the out come was, but we did vote on the issue.
