Jon, not only are your motivation and intent for being on this thread curious at best, but your comments have become progressively "lamer" over the last week.

You wonder if deal falls apart, whether ESVS stock will then increase. You fail to note that ESVS stock has gone up 3 or 4 times since deal with NETZ has been announced.

You suggest ESVS has gone through trouble of SEC filings, etc., and deal with NETZ simply to maintain NASDQ status as "long as possible". You fail to note that per SEC filings, ESVS was going nowhere fast without NETZ, and presumably has no reason for existing other than to share in opportunity with NETZ.

You suggest ESVS could walk from deal, but fail to note that per SEC filings NetVest has already received about 15% of stock (diluted) in ESVS for its 12mm shares of NETZ. One would have to assume ESVS did a little due diligence before the stock transfer was consummated in the first place, and the audited financials are a customary and standard element of disclosure for strategic alliances of this nature.
