And were I one of the folks who participated, or am about to participate, in the 50 million dollar private placement, I too would want to examine the audit before the public saw it.

Realistic, Matty? Make it so, because your last posting drifted off.

Notice Joe Copia didn't answer my question: How do you know that the Zulu audit wasn't delivered to ESVS on or before April 30th? I asked him if he knows this, how does he know it?

The point is: He doesn't know. And neither do you.

And guess what? Neither do I.

But when you merge nearly a half-a-dozen companies into one company in a six- to eight-month time frame, there's a lot to do--wouldn't you agree? Some companies have trouble just fitting in a half-a-dozen new customers, never mind new companies.

Be realistic. The audit is likely completed and those who need to first review this document--and do you really think it is Hayton that is the only one who will review it?--are now doing so. Once everyone involved is up to speed and can answer the detail of the report--it is an extremely detailed report, is it not?--then WE WILL ALL hear about the audit results.

I do know that some of you know how to not only spell but heap: A-S-P-E-R-S-I-O-N-S.

Look, things are tough enough already. Why make them tougher? Particularly when you don't need to. Sit tight and wait! Better yet go to Fenway Park and in between pitches, think about how difficult it is to put a winning baseball team together; and so NETZ.
