I talked to Jo at Liberty. She's going to fax me 6 pages of financials and I told her I'd be glad to summarize the info and post it on SI. She's also sending me an investor package via US Mail. Of course she wouldn't say what was going on but she did indicate the news is real and will be out very soon. We started talking about stock prices (she was reluctant). Jo said there are a lot of people who consider USDI a double digit stock and her own opinion is it's worth a lot more than where it's trading. Speculation on the stock price without the financial data and without knowing what the news is about is dangerous. I bought more today on the hunch that this is real but I'll get the financials posted as soon as I get them and we can take it from there. Phil
