Humbly report, JDN, here are my useless thoughts on why I sold yesterday morning, after a lousy night of tossing and turning this mess around in my head.

Asked myself, "Self, you going to hold a huge paper loss, or bail, take the tax write-off, and if/when the fundamentals of the story here improve, still have a chance to get back in to take advantage of the situation, and maybe get back some of the losses?"

"Probably," was the answer, probably better than holding, given this stock is busted right now, and credibility needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.

So I sold.

Also, like others, I would not be surprised by a lawsuit here, justified or not.

I was 100% wrong, but do not see how my DD could have been improved, to the point where I could have expected this, and it seems I was not alone with this sentiment.

Paying very close attention,

Svejk
