S&P analyst cut her 99 earnings by 40c to $1.50. Based on historical valuations, we could drift lower especially as the next 2Q's have no know price props.

Jeff, what is likely to happen is that Adaptec in a few weeks will have a press release about some new product and we will get some buying again. They know this game. There are developments all the time. This luckily isn't a one product company. They leave out of the earnings some nice little gem and then release it after the stock bottoms out.
