blankmind, One of the rules of investing is, "Never buy on a Friday." Today I broke this rule. There is no factual reason for stocks decline, so, my buy signal was when it was clear all emotion had been carried forward and out. Many people forget that fund managers are people too. People more often are ruled by their emotions. One man sells another questions his own wisdom and principles and says, "He must know something." The fact of the matter is, "He doesn't know anything." If you buy a company, get to know it like your buying the business, don't treat it like the fungible good it is. This stock is worth $50 and will see this number within the next 3 months, baring an impeachment. Secular growth in Rev's was an obvious point to anybody last qtr, rate of growth is historically weeker during qtr2. I'm still anticipating good numbers, so, time to buy. Good luck.

TGIF, The 27 support held w/ heavy 3x vol. (2,165,200 vs 717,272). If it rebounds to close at 30 on Mon. we are in reasonably good shape. We still wait for the 1st close up from the day before. Fri. couldn't have come sooner. Iam encouraged to see strong finish today from 27 to 28 7/16. I will double up at 28 - 29 for CHKPF showed early sign of rebounding. The recent movement resembles that of late 1/98 in the midst of FUD caused by analysts' inuendo about MSFT proxy server. IMHO, this is great buying opp. for those who see a parallel. The late rally today is very encouraging.
