D Doss,

Day trading even for someone who knows the market is risky. Do your homework and try and stick with what you believe is right. Trying to predict a stock's precise movement is tricky, and often costly. I held my position today because I believed in what the company is doing. Leave the day trading for the day traders. (JMO)

No matter what you do there is always risk involved. I do not day trade but I have done well going in and out of stocks once I detect what APPEARS to be a pattern.

On at least one occassion I bought stock back at a higher price because I tried to time the market. For all I know I was buying my own shares back.

If you're going to do that type of thing you may want to consider doing it with a smaller portion of your position, that way you really can't get burned too badly.

Good luck
