Jerry - at this point in time we don't believe they're in danger of violating any of the other requirements either - those things can only be evaluated upon each quarterly report and they weren't in violation in this recent one. Quite frankly if there isn't a marked improvement in the next report then a far lower valuation may indeed be warranted. "A friend" also thinks that these requirements aren't necessarily set in stone, there could be arbitration involved should something fall just under the line. One must also remember that all that would occur would be for the stock to move to the small cap market, not the BB market or totally gone as some seem to think. I guess I'm just one of the die-hards but of course I have my reasons for being so. The nice thing is that a lot of people at least understand the potential and if something begins to change dramatically we'll likely be seeing a lot of old friends back.
