Indeed, CBSL received a down-grade right after they hit $24.

In my own opinion, CMND pissed people off because they issued dividend to themselves on preferred shares. For a public company, this is paying disrespect for shareholders; they really deserve a punishment, don't they?

I think that it's a good lesson for the management.

Thats the only part of whats happened that I understand!! I hope that someone will contact those analysts and try and squeeze them for more information. JDN
