Thats the only part of whats happened that I understand!! I hope that someone will contact those analysts and try and squeeze them for more information. JDN "

Maybe the people doing the squeezing will be the SEC. I have never
witnessed such an abrupt about-face by underwriters with so little
explanation in my investing career. Your comment about underwriters
knowing more about a company they're bringing public than their
proctologist was not only hilarious, but also right on the mark. Cowan
and Volpe have to be working an angle.

JDN & Thread:

Just my observation on the affair. Management made a mistake in leading analyst's to beleive earnings would be 6 cents a share (companies lead analysts all the time). Unfortunately they were not specific to factor in the preferred shares. While management thought they did well it was an adverse surprise to the analysts.

We all make mistakes and this management team is learning the hard way. I'm sure they're not happy with their stock and options being underwater as well.

What's next. Expect some lawsuits. Its the environemnt we live in. When they're announced the stock will retreat some more. You'll have to decide if you want to hold on for the recovery. I expect one BUT it will take more than one quarter. I would not expect to see CMND back in double digits before 3rd qtr. A lot of creditability and damage to repair. Not easy and the only way is to have management continue to execute their business model (i.e. increase sales and profits).

This stock can recover but it will take time. I'm just basing my opionion on stocks like FORE from $40 down to $11 and now back to $24.
CTXS $55 down to $10 now @ $99.

Never easy to have patience but if you believe in the fundamentals, etc.

Good luck in whatever decision you make.

Tim

CMND has been invited to SI
JDN I felt it was more appropriate to hear it
from the horses mouth.. so I sent CMND the following
mail to cbinfo@commandsys.com.
I recommend others here to join in. It would be a step
forward to have CMND join in here and bring something
real to these discussions. Else we are resigned to the
"predictions", the allegations and "late" news...

Sirs,
I am a holder of Command stock and a member of the SI group
that represents a sizable number of CMND investors.

We have a few questions concerning CMND business plans going
forward and would like to address these. Could you please point
us to an Investor Relations e-mail address if any.

We would also take this opportunity to invite your IR staff to
the SI forum: COMMAND Systems Inc
Subject 19657

Discussions at site concern Command Systems and its business
plans. We feel it would be enlightening to us and serve to
convey to COMMAND management its investors hopes and concerns.
It seems it would be very appropriate to initiate such
communication in light of recent events.

Look forward to your reply and hoping the very best for CMND.
Good luck.
