Did you get screwed? Yes but not by your broker, by the market makers. They dropped the price to bid .245 ask .25 during the time you had your order in but they were taking only the sells at these prices so they could load up on the stock. meanwhile they were not filling the buy orders at those prices. Very shady but hey, this is the bb's. That's why if you want in you sometime have to bite the bullet and put in a market order. You might pay a penny or two more but when you want in it's worth it. Especially if it gaps open on monday into the .30's or higher.
Here's looking for 1 or higher next week, or maybe by monday

That's how the MM's are with buys. I always put in a limit of at least 1 cent higher than the ask. They don't have to fill limits and will screw you at every chance with this stock. They don't want to sell here. They want to buy from you.

Maybe not. Did you have "all or none" restriction? If you did, you don't have any priority.
