Net tangible assets, size of the public float, market value of the public float. It's not even an issue for some time anyway, next Q report is still some way off and I'd expect to see some news before then regardless of their history of silence.

... I was just pointing out that your statements re: delisting and requirements were incorrect... The point is, your statements imply more problems for RACE investors and if it's not already obvious, any negative comment related to the company -- financial, technical or otherwise -- triggers an immediate response to the contrary from the entity posting as "Marshall." Given the results, the entity's veiled predictions, leading questions and innuendo are beginning to wear razor thin. From cable modems to proprietary concerns about RACE technology, there isn't a single topic which the entity posting as "Marshall" has been even close to being correct about. On the contrary, his views are invariably proven wrong in convincing fashion. Never have I seen such arrogance in the face of such abject failure and I suspect the pathological nature of it is such that it won't end until the company finally evaporates completely.
