There were a lot of delayed crashes. Remember WDC and APM had
two blockbuster reports while Seagate and RDRT were warning twice and disappointing anyway. Unitrode (UTR) is another example that held quite well until a surprising report.

You can certainly not trust in the "consensus view" from analysts who have a vested special interest in maintaining an optimistic view.
In decreasing order of importance, a stock price is a function of 1) Overall market 2) Its sector 3) the stock itself. We tend to sub-categorize the technology sector and hope it has a 1.5 in the above order.

BTW I haven't considered adpt carefully yet so I'm not offering any opinions on it, specifically.

Greg

Starowl, we are in good shape. No flurry of downgrades; ADPT performed as expected based on new perception of reality for the stock. As we know; there are many new areas of growth that aren't getting mentioned and the lack of there mention is deliberate. Put out bad news; hold back good news for latter release. These guys could work at the White House.
