I have sold all my VVus at 12 3/8. Recovered quite a bit from my loss.

It seems that AVNT will be like VVUS, a short-lived spike.

There is nothing new about these class action suits. They have
been around for months now and are periodically posted on Yahoo!

Craig,

Someone pointed out that of all these net news announcements (there have been close to 60 of them) only 7 law firms have been involved. IMO they think by repeating the same announcement they can hopefully keep the stock price depressed. After all, if Vivus runs back up to the low 20's before the trial, it sure won't look very good for the sharks. I'm hoping the lawsuit gets thrown out of court for lack of merrit.
