You have mistakenly judged my motives in calling me Euro-centric and even "racist" because I advocate the dominance of European Christian culture and history in our public schools. It is neither race nor ethnocentricism that are the central motives of such advocacy, but the desire to transmit Christian culture and history to our Christian Children. Almost 90% of Americans are from a Christian background and have a right to have their tax money spent on educating their children in their own cultural values. In La. it is well over 95%. European civilization and Christianity are essentially synonomous terms and cannot be separated. Whether we like it or not, Christianity spread from its Jewish beginnings in the Middle East to European North Africa and Europe but was rejected, for the most part, in Africa, Asia and India. Until recent centries, Christianity was almost unknown in Africa, India, and the far East, and that despite many efforts at evangelization throughout the centries. In the last century or so we have seen significant inroads in these places. The history of Europe is the history of Christianity. The two cannot be separated. For almost 2000 years the Art, social mores, Architecture, morals, music, in short the overal culture of Europe was based on the Bible. (The American Culture is only an extension of the Christian culture of Europe. Nine of the first thirteen states had exclusively Christian constitutions.) It is the Bible and the Christian themes that gave European civilization its greatness. The Greeks, the Romans, the Iberians, the Celts and later the Germanic, Russian and Anglo-Saxons were all converted to Christianity. The primitive Europeans worshipped many false gods before the Jewish Apostles and disciples introduced Jesus--the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The culture of prechristian Europe was a culture of paganism and barbarism. After their conversion to Christ, the Europeans, as a society, rejected their false Gods and pagan culture and established their morals and ethics on the biblical standards and the Ten Commandments. It is true that their were elements of paganism that survived, but the Christian virtues and spirit clearly overwhelmed the darkness of these elements. It is not the primitive and original indigenous pagan culture of Europe that should be taught in our Schools but the glorious and in a sense holy Christian culture that was established on Jesus. Christian children are cultural and socially naked without the great Christian music, the great Christian art, the great Christian architecture, the great Christian lieterature of Christian Europe. This generation of parents and government officials have stripped our children of their Christian heritage. To deprive Christian children of their Christian heritage is a form cultural and spiritual genocide. Now to the point of teaching the primitive values of the pagan cultures of Africa, China, India etc. on an equal footing with European Christain Culture. We should have courses to introduce our children to these false cultures but why should we exalt these false and dark cutlures on the same footing as the glorious and spiritual culture of Christianity? It is this Christian culture that holds the universal and eternal Standards of Weights and Measures---the Holy Bible. I hope this explanation helps you understand my political stand on concentrating on Christian European culture and history rather than giving equal time to a multitude of pagan nonchristian cultures. Christine, Looking at history I see government evolving from kingdoms where power was in the hands of a few who usually used it selfishly and badly as far as their subjects are concerned. Then an evolution of government from Magna Carta to the Constitution of the United States. But that is when the progress stopped. The parliamentary form of government was a half step back from our form and after that it gets worse. In this century we have the Communist dictatorships of the USSR, China, Korea, and the smaller countries. This form was originated by man influenced by man whereas the Constitution was originated by man influenced by God IMO. The originators of the constitution had as their goal to give all men freedom from governmental control but the men of the communist dictatorships had as a goal to control the people through government. Now Marx wrote the communist manifest's in the 1800's and man picked up those ideas soon after as a model for an outrageous experiment on mankind. How did the russian revolution ever take place. Who organized it and paid for it? While the whole country was in turmoil from the war with Germany a plan to take control of the country was launched and it was paid for with the money of super rich elitists who believe it would be best for the world if they ran everything. The Rockefellers have been trying to hide that fact for generations that they spent so much money on the Russian Revolution and establishing a communist government (they also donated the land the UN is built on and helped get the government to foot the bill to build it). We don't know what it was like back then but the idea of communism didn't bring forth images like they do today. The mass murders hadn't been committed yet. The destruction of entire countries and peoples hadn't been done yet. The idea of creating a utopia was easier to sell. They have evolved far in there plans and made many mistakes along the way to gaining control of the financial and governmental powers in the world. But they are still selling the same song and dance, the idea that man can create a utopia on earth. What it boils down to is government controlling people and that always ends badly, history shows that over and over. What are the motives behind what these men and organizations are doing? Do you want to give power to megalomaniacs who believe they are descended from gods? The new age religion they embrace does incorporate that into their beliefs. They are gods and above ordinary people and should be in control of everything. Their leader is the same entity as is behind the new age religion and the one who really wants to place himself in command of all of mankind. Through these many elitist people and the UN he wants to establish his new world order as prophesied he will in the book of Revelation in the bible. The stunning thing is that the politics of the world today are pushing us all towards a system that the bible prophesied 2,000 years ago. As the technology today is creating systems that can control every financial transaction in the world we can read Revelation and see that a system is going to come into being by which no one can buy or sell anything on the planet unless they are in this system. And that is part of the new world order, this financial system of control over all of our money and therefore every aspect of our lives. Rev. 13 lays it all out. Whoever refuses to become a part of this system becomes an enemy of the state (probably because this system will be needed to rescue the world from financial catastrophe). The "beast" will cause all to be killed who do not become part of the system. The christians will not because they will know that to take "the mark of the beast" is to be eternally damned. So the beast will wage war against the saints. This plan was launched over a century ago and really much farther back and will come to it's climax in the next few years. So that is what's wrong with the UN and the new world order. Man cannot create a utopian world, it's a lie to deceive those that are helping them do it. The truth will be much darker than the promise just like the communist experiment was a horrible travesty but the promise of a utopian existence where everyone was equal and was treated equally sounded very enticing to the unwary. Many naive americans while safe and secure in the USA promoted communism while protected by the constitution. At the same time millions not protected by the constitution were murdered by Stalin while these fools here sang his praises. The UN will not embrace the kind of rights and liberties in the UN Charter that are in the constitution, the UN bureaucrats are hostile to the very idea. The provisions for human rights in the UN charter are vague and ambiguous and they want it that way so they can interpret real freedom and liberty out of existence just as the courts today constantly try to interpret the provisions in the bill of rights that they don't like out of existence and add rights that don't exist and were never intended like abortion, the murder of the defenseless unborn. The Council on Foreign Relations, the Tri-Lateral Commission, the Bilderbergers, the Club of Rome are all organizations filled with these super rich elitists who all plan together in the overall scheme to take control of the governments of the world and finally fulfill the age old ambition that has caused so much suffering of "I will rule the world". This handful of people are doing it because they control the money. The money is more powerful than armies, armies don't march unless the banker gives them the money. That's why Rockefeller cronies have controlled the finances of the UN from day one. They control the money and ultimately the UN. The UN doles out it's "gifts" to third world countries for votes. That's all the 3rd worlders have to sell. So the elitists really do control the whole show. They control the money, the banks (world bank) that "loan" the money, the US government that guarantees the loans they (Chase Manhattan, Rockefeller's bank) make to 3rd world governments and ultimately pays back the loans. They make the US taxpayers through their control of our government pay the bill for all their plans, they don't even have to pay for it themselves. The countries tax and give to the UN and the elitists decide how it is used. These are a few reasons why I don't like the new world order.
