Curtis: welcome aboard! I've been in this one since before the IPO and have known management for about 15 years. They come across more rationally than the other guys and are certainly better diversified. At the height of the Forum drilling a few years ago, the stock reached about $0.75. They had moderate success even though they had to stop drilling (due to time constraints) prior to reaching the target depth. The acreage is still intact, a new operator is in place, and an agreement has been reached with the school district on a permanent drill site location. They still have to go through the motions with city hall and obtain financing, but the stock is getting zero for this play. The potential value based on the original premise of 100 million barrels is $2.50/share, computed as follows: 100 million x $10/bbl x 5% divided by 20 million shares. One would think that such a potential might command what, at least a nickel? I'll leave it to you to make a determination on your own.

Best regards, Dale
