To: Randall E Westberger Fr: Mr. E.Z. Mony Glad to see people read this stuff. Thanks for the reply. Really, ask yourself why would a hedge fund who works /invests primarily in soverign bonds from second and third worlds, invest in PFCK? Could it be possible that PFCK through a series of limited partnerships acting as the GP, has a substantial stockpile of improved lots in existing subdivisions (which they built) that is at present off-balance sheet? Could it be that this property has a substantial value? Therefore would it not make sense that the stock is way under valued? In addition could it be that prior to recent months the company has just not focused on the capital markets, and instead struggled to persevere? Wonder if the company has new and improved pr firms and investment banking firms in the wings? And wonder what the three acquisitions in progress are all about? Rumormill has it that one international acquisition target has cash flow of $28m, net $10m. One other is also in an entirely different industry with strong revenue. As a real investor it seems to me that PFCK has everything going for it. If the company could keep out the shorts and day traders it could really be a winner. Either way I'm betting on the company not the market. Regarding were I've been and signed up late, I've been watching with much amusement as people try to figure it out. Thought it was time to join in the fun. In my humble opinion the best bet is to decide if you like the fundamentals, do your homework and not worry about the volume and swings. My philosophy is sleep good at night, look for the long term value, if the swings sway your decision to buy or sell I would not be in these types of equities. I'm a PFCK fan!! Later for now, just waiting on the news like everybody else.
