I wouldn't short CSCO with BLS's money, let alone mine.

FWIW, I too will take you up on the little wager Gary brought up. Are you sure you don't want to short? I mean, with all of these lost contracts, certainly earnings are going to be terrible, right? <ggg>

Thomas,

You have a false sense of perception. Honestly your not that important to me (or knowledgable) to cause me to WANT to go back and read your posts. This one states that the outage was fresh in the minds of the operations guys. Do you know what operations guys do? They operate the network. Perhaps they want to be sure that they don't make the same mistake. Now, that being said Bell South doesn't have STRM fr or atm switches installed... I believe they are an ASND shop. Could they be considering a move to CSCO/STRM? Hmmmmmmmmm

As for shorting. What you're telling me is that CSCO's name is damaged and that they are going to lost carriers, but you're unwilling to short the stock. You're unwilling to put your money where your mouth is. Hey, you won't even go for the 10 spades I offered you. Your position is weak. If you're going to throw dirt put some money on it pal...otherwise....perhaps you should go back to that football forum... Hey, question.. what brings you in here anyway?

Gary
